Biography

After graduating High School in Mobile, Alabama, Travis started a radio broadcasting career at WBCA, WUNI, WACY and WMTS as an on air personality. While in Mobile he built a successful recording studio with 3 partners.

Moving to Nashville, Tennessee he changed careers to recording engineer working with diverse acts such as The Doobie Brothers, Anne Murray, Carl Carlton, Brenda Lee, Lobo, Waylon Jennings, Brubeck Brothers and Jerry Lee Lewis. He branched out as a record producer of Jimmy Buffett, O.B McClinton and The Nashville Jazz Machine. He continued as music publisher, voiceover of Radio & TV commercials for Kentucky Fried Chicken, Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Oldsmobile. He also has been manager of recording studios Soundshop and Creative Workshop in Nashville and Eastern Sound in Toronto.

After 25 years in the “music” business he combined his talents to focus on the Audio for Video, Film and Advertising industry where he became chief engineer and co-owner of Audio Productions where among others, Hollywood has called upon Travis’ talents on such projects as The Mexican, The Sopranos, King Of The Hill, The Guardian and Flika.

He is married with three children, five grand children.
